01 / The data
When you send a consultation request we may collect your name, your organisation's name, your preferred contact method, your email address or phone number, the service you need, and a short description of the challenge
02 / Purpose
The data is used to answer the consultation request, understand the need, and coordinate the correspondence related to it. We do not use it for advertising or tracking beyond that purpose
03 / Delivery and retention
The request is delivered to our mailbox by our own mail server, on the same machine that hosts this site; it does not pass through an external mail provider. The form is not stored in a database on this site. The message stays in the mailbox for as long as the request is being handled, then is deleted or kept only as the operational needs of that request require
04 / Minimisation
Do not send passwords, access keys, sensitive operational data or confidential information through the form. If we receive more than we need, we will not use it for anything other than answering the request
05 / Sharing
The request reaches our team directly. We do not sell the data and do not share it with third parties unless an applicable law requires us to
06 / Measurement
This site uses no analytics or tracking tools, and sets no cookies for tracking or advertising purposes
07 / Your rights
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your request's data, write to us through the same consultation form, mentioning the contact method used in the original request
